How do I know which service is right for my project?

A Growth Consultation is a natural starting point if you are unsure what your space needs — it gives you a clear picture before committing to anything further. If you already know the scope, Full Design Cultivation or Project Tending may be the right fit. We are happy to talk through your situation before you decide.

Do you work outside Kuala Lumpur?

Our primary area of work is the Klang Valley, but we do take on select projects in Selangor and other parts of Peninsular Malaysia. Travel and accommodation requirements for distant projects are discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

How long does the design process typically take?

A Growth Consultation is typically completed within one week. Full Design Cultivation runs 5–9 weeks from brief to final document, depending on scope and feedback rounds. Project Tending spans 8–14 weeks and aligns with your renovation contractor's schedule.

Are the quoted prices inclusive of renovation costs?

No — our fees cover design and project management services only. Renovation works, materials, and contractor fees are separate. We can help you plan and understand these costs as part of the process, so there are no surprises along the way.

How involved do I need to be during the project?

As involved as you would like to be. Some clients prefer to be consulted at every step; others appreciate knowing the details are being handled and check in at key milestones. We adapt to your preference and communicate clearly throughout.

Can I start with a consultation and add further services later?

Yes, and many of our clients take this path. The Growth Consultation is designed as a self-contained service, but the notes and references it produces translate naturally into the brief for a Full Design Cultivation if you choose to continue.
