Technology & Visualisation

You See It Before It's Built

One of the most common sources of renovation regret is committing to a design that looked different in reality than it did in the mind's eye. Our 3D visualisation process removes much of that uncertainty — you see materials, proportions, and lighting rendered in detail before a single wall is touched.

We use current industry-standard software to produce renders that are accurate and usable, not just decorative. The visualisations form part of the working design document and are referenced throughout the renovation phase.

Many design studios are attentive during the pitch and early stages, then harder to reach once the renovation begins. We structure our services so that the same people who designed your space are also present during the build.
